Wives, mistresses and girlfriends of top yakuza tattoo figures often undergo extensive tattooing. These women sometimes use yakuza tattoo to demonstrate their affiliations with the gang lifestyle. The practice of full body tattooing has many influences ranging from the samurai and bushido influences to the dark side of the Tokugawa rule and of course the connection that it had with gambling.The Shinto festival is a popular convention held in the Asukusa district of Japan each year. The more noble section of society considers the practice of full body tattooing to be a barbaric tradition. Het is weer tijd voor: Dreadloki en Haida’s Dinsdag Tatoeage-dag! Een uitermate zuighende themadag, maar daarom niet minder leerzaam, lieve kijkbuiskinderen! Echter, in tegenstelling tot die slappe spin-off van de wereldberoemde Dreadloki en Haida’s Dinsdag Tatoeage-dag, iets met Foto …. nog iets Vrijdag, hoeft u zelf niks, maar dan ook helemaal niks bij te dragen.
